🧠 Multiple System Atrophy (MSA): Slowing Progression and Supporting Autonomic Function

Updated: Aug 26, 2025

Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) is a rare, rapidly progressive neurodegenerative disorder that affects multiple systems of the body — including movement, balance, speech, bladder control, and autonomic functions. There is no cure, but early intervention may help slow progression, preserve function, and improve quality of life.

At BioCells Medical, we provide fully individualised regenerative programmes for MSA, developed by our medical team and adapted to the stage and symptom profile of each patient.

💡 Who we treat

We work with patients diagnosed with:

  • MSA-P (Parkinsonian type)

  • MSA-C (Cerebellar type)

  • Early to moderate stages with ongoing motor and autonomic function

  • Advanced stages — provided through home-based care by our travelling medical team under strict doctor supervision

  • Patients with limited response to conventional treatment

Each case is reviewed by our neurological team to determine eligibility and potential benefit.

🧬 What the treatment includes

Our regenerative therapy protocol is designed to:

  • Target neuroinflammation

  • Support surviving neuronal structures

  • Improve autonomic regulation (blood pressure, bladder, breathing)

  • Support balance, gait, and coordination

Treatments may include:

  • Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) — to reduce degeneration and support neural structures

  • T-regulatory cells — to rebalance the immune system and protect neurons

  • Purified exosomes — to enhance cell-to-cell signalling and repair mechanisms

  • Electro-Neuro Therapy (ENT) — to activate underfunctioning motor circuits and improve coordination

  • Peptide-based interventions — to support metabolic and mitochondrial resilience

All cell-based products are cultivated in our certified GMP laboratory in Warsaw and administered under expert guidance.

🌍 Where treatment is provided

Patients can undergo therapy at our clinic in Warsaw, or — in complex or late-stage cases — receive care at home through international medical deployment by our trained doctors.

We currently support families from Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia.

📊 What improvements may occur

Outcomes vary, but MSA patients have reported:

  • Improved balance and walking stability

  • Stronger leg coordination and better motor control

  • Reduced urinary dysfunction

  • Better sleep and less fatigue

  • Stabilisation of rapid decline in certain cases

We do not promise reversal — but we aim to preserve function and slow deterioration where possible.

I was diagnosed with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) four years ago. For over two years, I relied on various prescribed treatments, but unfortunately, the symptoms continued to progress. The muscle weakness became more noticeable, and my coordination and mobility started to decline more quickly than I expected.Last year, feeling desperate for anything that might help, I decided to try a herbal treatment program from NaturePath Herbal Clinic. I was skeptical at first, but after a few months, I felt some changes my movements seemed a bit smoother, the stiffness less overwhelming, and I felt a little steadier on my feet. I also experienced moments where my energy and confidence felt improved compared to before. This experience has been meaningful for me…

My husband was diagnosed with MSA 2 years ago. His symptoms started approximately over ten years ago with REM. Serious bladder issues and UTIs about 4 years ago. Three years ago, he began experiencing problems with his balance, handwriting, and low blood pressure. This year, the movement disorders took over his body, and he was confined to a wheelchair (he used a walker prior for almost a year). He’s progressively declined very quickly. There was less interaction and very little conversation; he was bedridden. His swallowing was getting worse & it was taking him longer to eat. My husband has been doing the MSA-5 herb Protocol from Limitless Herbs Center (  www. limitlesshealthcenter.com ) for about 5 months and it…
